For a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, BYGO covers: ? Manufacturing Defects - Issues in materials or workmanship. ? Battery Defects - If the battery fails under normal usage conditions. ? Camera & Controller Issues - Malfunctions due to internal defects (if applicable). What is NOT Covered: ? Accidental Damage - Crashes, falls, water damage, or improper handling.? Wear & Tear Propellers, batteries, and other consumable parts. ? Unauthorized Repairs - Any modifications or repairs done by a third party. ? Loss or Theft Missing or stolen drones are not covered. Warranty Claim Process: 1. Contact BYGO support with proof of purchase. 2. Describe the issue and provide necessary photos/videos. 3. Our team will assess the claim and offer repair or replacement if eligible.
